ZumeForms is the next generation of online document automation platform, that empowers you to build sophisticated forms that produce tailored documents.

You can automatically create tailored Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF documents from combining the data you collect on your forms with a document template you draft in Microsoft Word. It is like ‘mailmerge’ on steroids.

When you design a form with ZumeForms, it automatically handles everything you need to turn the data into a tailored document, by merging that content with your own document templates.

Because we host everything, all you need is a browser, an Internet connection and a few minutes to build a form and upload your document templates.

Why do we think we are different from other on-line Form Builders?

While ZumeForms has all the important features like an easy to use drag and drop form builder, rules wizard, email notifications, easy embed script and more there are are three really important things that only ZumeForms provides.

  • Our forms can have a list of information, like an invoice that has more than 1 item.
  • You can reuse any saved data in more than one form. Just reopen it in another form, no re-keying.
  • Upload a document template and your forms can be used to create documents from the data entered into forms.

How do I use my forms to make documents?

Document Assembly, this is one of the most important and powerful features of ZumeForms that other online form-builders have overlooked, and it is included as a feature in every plan.

To use your forms to make documents you need to upload a Microsoft Word template. To make your form record appear in the document when a user submits the form you first add word merge fields. These merge fields require that the name of the merge field matches the name of the field from your form.

The ZumeForms document assembly engine is very powerful, you can configure the tempalte to provide conditional logic, repeated content (from the repeated sections of your form), complex list formatting, number formatting, date formatting and more.

You can configure your form to allow the user to download a copy of the assembled document on submitting the form or for it to only be aviaible to those on the email list (on submission), or to only be aviaible in the “Your Records” web page of ZumeForms.

Can I add ZumeForms forms into my website?

Yes, we know this is one of the most important reasons to use ZumeForms. We provide a short piece of code that you can past into your website. Your Form will automatically show in your website with your own branding as it you have designed it your self.

What do I need to use ZumeForms?

All you need is an Internet connection and supported broswer. Currently we support all the major browsers, FireFox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and internet Explorer 7 and above. We have no special plugin requirements such as Adobe Flash or Microsoft silveright .

ZumeForms forms are designed to look good on PC, Mac, iOS or Android devices. They will resize automatically for each device and look good in any environment.

Security and my Data?

We employ industry standard best practices to secure your data both physically and in transit using 128-bit SSL encryption for enhanced security for all plan types.

How long do you keep my data for?

Your data is retained as long as you have ZumeForms account. When you delete your account or delete a record it is gone permanently from our servers.

How much does ZumeForms Cost?

You can use all of the functionality of ZumeForms for Free. However, you are limited in the number of forms you can publish. Our plans then start from $500 per month. We are happy to negotiate favourable pricing for non-profit and start-up organisations.

Can I view my Data easily?

You can view the saved records at any time in ‘Your Records’, there is a handy summary view that you can download as an Adobe PDF or you can open the data in the original form to make changes or amendments.
