Using built-in user fields and system fields in a document template ({Mergefield User_[Extension]})

In addition to the fields that your create yourself by dragging the field onto a form, the ZumeSoft platform has a number of built-in user fields and system fields that you can use in your document templates.

User fields

For example, you may want to include the name of the user who has filled in the form as content within your assembled documents. The field used to access the first name of the user is ‘User_NameFirst‘.

The following list of user fields and system fields can be used in your document templates. Just include them in a standard { MERGEFIELD }, e.g. { MERGEFIELD User_NameFirst }:-

User_DateCreated

User_UserName

User_Title

User_NameFirst

User_NameMiddle:

User_NameLast

User_AddressCO

User_AddressLine2

User_AddressSub

Please note that you will only be able to change the content of those fields that are in your Account/profile page.

System fields

There are a number of system fields that you can also assemble into your template documents.

These include:

System_DocName – This is the name of the document template that is being assembled.

System_DocID – This is a unique ID for the document assembled by the record.

System_Fee_num – This is the amount charged to Stripe when the form is submitted or the document is assembled.
